Bill is a seasoned financial services executive with over 25 years of experience at Wall Street banks, most recently serving as Executive Vice President of PNC Bank. His experience includes real estate investment banking, equity capital markets, structured credit, proprietary investing and sponsor coverage. ​In addition, ​he spent seven years building a renewable energy business.

Billy Rogers
Billy has over 25 years of Institutional Asset Management and FinTech experience. During his 15 years at PIMCO, re-established and managed various 13(3) Emergency Liquidity Facilities on behalf of the New York Federal Reserve Bank. He also ran the Emergency Liquidity Facilities for the NY Fed, ran multiple business lines during the Global Financial Crisis, was Head of Operations and Compliance for the Asia region, and served as Head of Operations for PIMCO Advisory.

With over 30 years of senior executive experience, Fred has contributed his expertise to Global 1000 companies across various sectors including Financial Services, Insurance, Tech, Retail and Healthcare. He is renowned for leveraging technology to drive disruptive change and for assembling high-performance technology and business teams focused on tangible business outcomes.

Kelley Millet
Kelley is a seasoned executive with an extensive background in capital markets, electronic trading and FinTech. Kelley has held senior, C-suite, and board positions with JP Morgan, MarketAxess, Bear Stearns, ITG, and Millennium Advisors and Banca IMI. His expertise is marked by successful capital raises, risk and compliance management, operations optimization and the cultivation of stakeholder relationships.

Tyler Hofinga
Tyler is a distinguished Sales Executive with an extensive track record in the software sales sector, particularly within the healthcare and financial services industries. Tyler's ability to forge long-term executive relationships and deliver customer satisfaction has consistently translated into significant revenue growth.

Alex Gault
Alex has held multiple executive positions with tech startups and media companies. He has led the production and launch of apps, games, SaaS and magazines for multiple brands, including: Time Warner, ESPN, Sony, AXS TV, Cisco, Intel, Hollywood Reporter, Los Angeles Lakers, Whole Earth magazine, Lion's Roar magazine, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and Thomson Learning.

Bill is a corporate senior executive, investor, and entrepreneur who's launched several start-ups. Formerly he served as Executive Vice President at Hilton Worldwide, Senior Vice President at FedEx and Vice President at Bechtel.
Bruce Baldinger
Bruce is an attorney with 30 years of litigation experience with business transactional focus as well as private equity. He has concentrated his practice on providing sophisticated solutions in litigation and transactional law for both business and private clients.
Richard Homich
Richard is CEO of Advantage for Analysts, building structured finance solutions for the renewable energy market. Previously, he led tech companies providing office automation, IT outsourcing and pricing analytics solution.
Kathleen Kusiak
Kathleen has worked in the real estate industry since 1988. As well as managing real estate development processes, she has been responsible for procuring investments, asset management, business development, capital markets, and strategic planning. She founded Alta Properties in 2007, and is on the Board of Directors for Altus Equity Partners and chairs their Investment Committee.
Tom Thees
Tom has more than three decades of experience in both the traditional and electronic fixed income sectors. He has served as CEO of Bonds.com, COO of MarketAxess, Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and Vice President of Goldman Sachs. Tom also has served on the Bond Market Association (SIFMA) Board of Directors, and the SEC FIMSAC Committee.

Bryan is a senior executive and entrepreneur involved in athlete management, commercial real estate development, casino resorts design, and public relations. He serves on the Board of Directors at Feel Good Brands Vegas, Roseman University of Health Sciences and BOAR. Previously, he held leadership roles at Game Play Network, Environ Safety, Crimson International LTD, Beach Money LLC, and Tuff-N-Uff.

Aron has over 35 years of experience in various C-Suite leadership roles. Currently he serves as Chairman of the Hdex Group, a global investment firm specializing in technology, media and telecommunications sectors. Previously he served as a Global VP at IBM, where he was responsible for establishing the Global Blockchain Center of Competency. He also served as Global Managing Director at Cisco.
